Dr. Keeley takes time to review what she learned before your next visit.
Walk through what Dr. Keeley found, get your questions answered, and understand her personalized recommendations for what care could look like from here.
There isn’t one care plan that makes sense for everyone. Dr. Keeley’s recommendations are based on what she learns from your history, evaluation, nervous system assessments, and your individual goals.
For people who feel like their health or function has gotten off track and want focused support getting back toward a stronger foundation.
When appropriate, this phase commonly takes place over roughly 60–90 days, with the frequency and length of care personalized to the individual. The focus is on giving the body the time and repetition needed to create meaningful, lasting change.
For people who want to take a proactive approach to their health, or who choose to continue care after completing their restorative phase.
The focus shifts toward maintaining progress and continuing to support optimal function, adaptability, and overall wellness over time. This phase is entirely optional and based on your individual goals.
Sundays is a cash-based, out-of-network practice. This allows Dr. Keeley to make recommendations based on what she believes is appropriate for you and your individual needs, rather than allowing insurance coverage or restrictions to determine your care plan.
If you have out-of-network chiropractic benefits, Sundays can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual plan and is not guaranteed.
Dr. Keeley’s approach is centered around restorative and proactive care rather than simply providing an occasional adjustment when something hurts.
Meaningful change often takes time and repetition. Just like building strength, learning a new skill, or creating any lasting change in the body, one isolated visit may not be enough to address the bigger patterns Dr. Keeley is seeing. That’s why she starts with a detailed evaluation and then makes personalized recommendations based on what your body needs and what you want to accomplish.
Your first visit is intentionally focused on getting to know you and gathering the information Dr. Keeley needs through your consultation, spinal exam, and nervous system assessments.
If an adjustment or other care is appropriate during that visit, Dr. Keeley can talk you through what she recommends. The priority is making sure care is thoughtful and appropriate for you, rather than rushing through the evaluation just to perform an adjustment.
Your first visit typically takes about 45–60 minutes, so there is plenty of time for your consultation, spinal exam, and nervous system assessments.
Your second visit — Your Findings + Next Steps — is approximately 30 minutes.
For women in Monument, Colorado ready to take the next step, your first two visits with Dr. Keeley are designed to help you understand how your body is functioning, what she finds, and what personalized care could look like from here.
